Personal information

Ho Dac Minh Nguyet Ambassador born in 1959 in Nghe An. She was a professional diplomat, was working and engaged in the diplomatic service for years.
She is married and has one child.

Education

Graduated from University of Pedagogy Lipetsk, USSR in 1980.
Graduate management courses at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Adminitration.
Fluent in Russian and English.

Diplomatic career

In September 2014, she was President Truong Tan Sang appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Slovakia after the end of his term of office in his capacity as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Ukrainian concurrently Moldova from 2010 to 2013.
Ho Dac Minh Nguyet Ambassador started his diplomatic career in 1981, working in the Soviet Union Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the 1-year internship at the Embassy of Vietnam in the Soviet Union. From 1984 to 1988, she was sent to work at the Embassy of Vietnam in the Soviet Union, then return to continue working at the Department of the USSR Foreign Ministry. In 1992, she was appointed Secretary of Tuesday, Vietnam Embassy in the Russian Federation. Returning to Vietnam, she worked at the Department for Europe 1 (now the European Department), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was appointed Deputy Director of Europe 1, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2000, then was appointed Counsellor Vietnam Embassy in the Russian Federation in 2002. in 2006, she returned to Vietnam to continue working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as Deputy Director of Europe 1 and was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs Department in 2009.
